These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Apex Lab Solutions Ltd website and your purchase of research peptides. By placing an order you accept these terms.
1. Research Use Only. All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory and preclinical research. They are not intended for human consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or veterinary use. Buyers confirm they are qualified researchers or institutions.
2. Orders. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and a confirmation email is issued. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
3. Pricing & Payment. All prices are in GBP and include applicable UK VAT where required. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider; we never store card details.
4. Delivery. Orders are dispatched on standard weekdays (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). We deliver to UK addresses only. Standard and express delivery options are available; charges and estimated times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery.
5. Returns & Refunds. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy. Research chemicals may be non-returnable for safety reasons; faulty or incorrectly supplied goods will be made good.
6. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the products. We are not liable for misuse of research products.
7. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
