Delivery options available within the United Kingdom.
1. Dispatch. Orders are dispatched on standard weekdays (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after the daily cut-off dispatch the next weekday.
2. Standard Delivery. A flat charge of £4.99 applies. Typical delivery is 2–3 working days from dispatch. Times are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. Express Delivery. A flat charge of £9.99 applies. Typical delivery is the next working day from dispatch. Times are estimates and not guaranteed.
4. Delivery Charges. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment. The total charged includes the delivery fee for the option you select.
5. Tracking. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email where available.
6. Delivery Area. We currently ship to UK addresses only. We do not ship outside the United Kingdom. Please contact us before ordering if you have a specific delivery requirement.
7. Issues. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact support@apexlabsolutions.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
8. Risk. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check your order on arrival and report any issues promptly (see our Returns & Refunds policy).
